SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped out once a week on Mondays or Tuesdays. Orders usually arrive to their destination within 14-28 business days, although in some rare cases it may take longer.

 

COVID-19

Due to the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic, shipping might take a bit longer than usual due to postal service logistics and delays. Please be patient, as most of the time deliveries will arrive.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

We use Israel Post registered mail services for all our shipments. Please note that tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves Israel, but rest assured it's still on its way to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to almost every country around the world in alignment with Israel Post's shipping policies. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Packages may be subject to delays and fees at your local customs office. As a buyer, you are responsible for paying these fees. If your order gets sent back to us due to lack of claim, you will have to pay for a reship.

RETURNS

It is our top priority that you're happy with your purchase, however we only accept returns on items that arrived faulty or damaged within 14 days of receipt. If you'd like to return a faulty or damaged item, please contact us first.
